About Reach for Change

Reach for Change is a non-profit organisation founded by the Kinnevik Group and Sara Damber to improve children’s lives. We find and develop Change Leaders – local social entrepreneurs with innovations that solve pressing issues facing children. The entrepreneurs are helped to scale their innovations through seed funding, access to business expertise and networking opportunities. Launched in Sweden in 2010, we are now present 15 countries on three continents, supporting more than 50 Change Leaders globaly. We are steadily moving into more markets and increasing our global impact. To find out more about our local operations, select one of our countries in the top right corner.

Our Method

We believe that one person can change the world. What is needed is true passion, entrepreneurial drive and an innovative idea.  But this is not enough. In order to change the world you will also need support. You will need someone to believe in your idea and to help you take the first steps.

This is where we come in. We find exceptional social entrepreneurs – people that are passionate about creating a better world for children and who have an innovative ide on how to do it. And then we help them succeed. To go from idea to impact. We call the people that we select our Change Leaders, and we support them through an incubator program. Read below about what types of support it entails.
