This is the deepest and most rewarding form of partnership. We set up a customized and co-branded program for social entrepreneurs, refined to address pressing issues for children in your targeted region(s). A customized program typically starts with a challenge – a campaign to engage the public and key stakeholders – while finding exciting social entrepreneurs. These social entrepreneurs go through a rigorous selection process before a select few are chosen to enter the support program and become Change Leaders.

Although the program is customized to each individual partner, quality and cost-efficiency is guaranteed by making use of the Reach for Change toolkit, infrastructure and experience. This has been developed and refined in close collaboration with partners in 15 countries across three continents.

Commitment:

Partner provides setup cost program – including cost of search and selection of entrepreneur(s) and a minimum of one year’ support program (including grants to social entrepreneurs) and in kind expertise to entrepreneurs (eg. technical support to enable Change Leaders to achieve their objectives).

Measurable Social Impact: R4C has a proven model to select the most high potential social entrepreneurs and support them to achieve their set out social impact objectives for children. We measure and monitor these quantitatively (KPI indicators) and qualitatively (impact story-telling) to be able to capture and share the social change they are creating for children.

Visibility and Stakeholder Engagement – Visibility through a public campaign search and selection. Co-workers get to use their particular skills for social good by actively participating in selection and development of social innovations. Key stakeholders nationally are invitedto influence and participate in selection and support program, creating shared values and strengthening relations.

As a Social Investor, you directly sponsor an individual Change Leader. A Change Leader is a local social entrepreneur dedicated to improving children's lives who has been selected through Reach for Change's extensive selection process. Your investments give him or her the chance to focus fully on developing their innovative solution. Your contribution is matched by a support program provided by Reach for Change.

What you give: As Social Investor, you contribute seed funding to one of the Change Leaders in Reach for Change's portfolio.

What you get:

Transparency – Your contribution is channeled directly to the Change Leader of your choice, and you receive quarterly updates of the impact achieved by him or her.

Personal relationship – You have direct contact with the Change Leader, including opportunities for personal meetings and mutual learning.

Accelerated impact – Your contribution is matched by a support program from R4C to help the Change Leader maximize their impact on children, scale their initiative and reach financial sustainability. The R4C support program includes coaching, training and monitoring and evaluation for up to 5 years.
